This notice covers enquiries made through the SmartVision IO website.

Website enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we use your name, organisation, contact details and any message you provide to respond to your request. Enquiries are stored in a restricted website inbox and are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Hosting backups may follow a separate retention schedule.

Information collected

Contact information submitted through enquiry forms, approved account information and operational records required by the selected product.

Product data

Product-specific retention, image handling and access controls are configured according to the deployment and approved policy. Continuous cloud video storage is not enabled by default for SmartVision Gate.
